1. SERVICE At MADE IN ROȘIA MONTANA, our first priority is customer satisfaction and we want to achieve it through excellent service. Therefore, we ensure that the quality of our products and delivery terms are the same as the terms stated below. The size of our products are specified on the website.
2. PRIVACY All information provided by customers of Made in Roșia Montană will be treated with extreme privacy and will not be provided to third parties except when necessary to deliver your order (for example, to transport companies for the delivery).
3. DELIVERY
Made in Rosia Montana products are delivered by GLS International and DHL Express Shipping. Made in Rosia Montana endeavours to ship out orders within 24-48 hours (2 business days) from the moment the order is placed. During sale periods orders will be sent within 72 hours (not including public holidays). For all orders sent via a tracked service, a signature is required upon delivery. 

Shipments to non-EU countries
Made in Rosia Montana is not responsible for any customs fees or local taxes to which your shipment may be subject. It is also possible that, for this reason, your order may be delayed with respect to the times indicated by us.

4. PAYMENT

Made in Roșia Montană gives you the opportunity to pay online by credit card through MobilPay.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your order tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@madeinrosiamontana.com and we will update your order’s progress.

6. CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If it is a recent order, cancelling may be possible, please contact +40 721 771 354 from 09:30am to 17:30pm EET (Monday to Friday), or email us at info@madeinrosiamontana.com and we will do our best to help you

7. CHANGING THE COLOR OF AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER

If it is a recent order it might be possible, please call +40 721 771 354 from 09:30am to 17:30pm EET (Monday to Friday) or email us at info@madeinrosiamontana.com.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Of course you can.

If you wish to return or exchange your woolens then please send them back to us within 15 days upon receiving the item. Please be aware that Made in Rosia Montana will not pay for shipping back to the Romania, please also obtain a certificate of posting to avoid that the parcel gets lost.

9. SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER

If you find a discrepancy please email info@madeinrosiamontana.com and we’ll resolve this issue immediately.

10. COLORS OF THE WOOLENS

Due to the treatment of the pictures and the different resolutions of computer screens or of mobile phones, the real color of the yarn may differ from the one seen in the website.
